For how long is the OOS order? Is it until the driver learns English, is the driver disqualified permanently until he can pass an ELP test or he can basically go and get in another truck 10 hours after placed OOS? Any clarity on this matter would be appreciated

If you are thinking about becoming a truck driver let me give you some insight. You’ll rarely see your family, salaries haven’t changed in over 8 years and there’s NO DRIVER SHORTAGE. Don’t be fooled, this is not a high earnings and rewarding career. Not even a career
