Is your delivery taking ages to arrive?

Stay alert to ‘smishing’ texts, even when it seems your parcel should have arrived sooner. Criminals send texts hoping you're waiting for a delivery. They attach dangerous links or ask for a payment. Always ask yourself – could it be fake?

When purchasing tickets, pay by credit card where possible as it offers you a better chance of recovering your money if you become a victim of fraud. Avoid paying for tickets by bank transfer, especially if buying from someone you don’t know.
