BREAKING: Lindsay Clancy’s defense is asking Judge William Sullivan to investigate “Juror Doe”...the lone holdout whose vote resulted in a mistrial.

The 9/18 motion seeks his confidential questionnaire, background-check results, records concerning an alleged 2021 prosecution and abuse-prevention order, cellphone metadata from deliberation days and a limited forensic examination of the phone allegedly carried into the jury room. The defense also wants Juror Doe questioned under oath about his voir dire answers, his Sept. 3 assurances and whether he used the phone or received outside information during deliberations.

The defense is also asking the court to question Juror No. 10 about what he allegedly observed concerning Juror Doe’s cellphone use during deliberations.

The defense requests that this motion be heard in open court on Sept. 29.

NEW: I spoke exclusively with the uncle of Bailee Rios, the woman accused in the deadly Chatsworth Metro bus crash.

He tells me she struggled with substance abuse and says the justice system gave her “too many chances.”

2 people were killed and at least 6 injured. Then, a Channel 4 news helicopter covering the crash went down, killing 3 more.

MOTHER & SON ARRESTED FOR INCEST: A Florida mother and her adult son are facing incest charges after what started as a domestic violence call uncovered an alleged sexual relationship between the two.

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, 46-year-old Christina Clemens called deputies after she said her 22-year-old son, Shane Clemens, hit her during an argument.

After Shane was arrested, deputies say he told them he had been having sex with his mother since he was 18.

When investigators asked Christina about the allegation, she reportedly told them it happened “about 100 times.”

Detectives also spoke with Christina’s husband, who allegedly said he had no idea about the relationship, but had become suspicious because Christina and Shane would go into the master bedroom and lock the door.

Both Christina and Shane were charged with incest. Christina also faces an adultery charge. (Via CBS NEWS)

🚨 NEW DETAILS | CHATSWORTH: Bailee Rios, 36, the driver arrested on suspicion of murder in Tuesday’s deadly Metro bus crash, appears to have an extensive prior history of arrests/possible charges in California.

Records circulating online list alleged burglary, grand theft, petty theft, shoplifting, controlled-substance possession, driving without a license, unsafe speed and other violations.

Meanwhile, a person claiming to be Rios’ longtime best friend posted that they are “absolutely heartbroken” for Rios and the victims, while acknowledging the seriousness of what occurred. The post and claimed relationship have not been independently verified.

Rios was booked on suspicion of murder following the crash that killed Gage Weida, 31, and Daniel Castillo, 46.
