BREAKING: A Colorado appeals court has reversed Letecia Stauch’s murder conviction in the killing of Gannon Stauch and ordered a new trial.

The court found structural error after the trial judge refused to remove a juror whose son-in-law worked in the same DA’s office that prosecuted the case.
That means this case may now have to be relitigated all over again.
No next hearing date had been set as of the report.

Ahmad Crews has defended Edrick Faust in every way he possibly could. This closing was incredible. I was horrified to hear the prosecutor lie to the jury in his rebuttal and the judge overruled Crews' objection. Justice for Edrick Faust and Justice for Tara Baker.
