@Will_N11 This will ultimately reflect itself in increased ticket prices that will price more middle class fans out of attending games. I’m not sure why I expect anyone to care about that but it feels like it should matter
@texaggie9325@bmarcello The argument is collusion but the problem with that is you have to prove there was a mutual agreement to not play them by multiple schools. If each school individually decides it’s not in the best interest of their program to schedule TT, they’ve done nothing wrong
@TheBenPeck@BudElliott3 The problem is, as long as that all takes longer than 6 months to play out, the court system doesn’t have a meaningful impact on the situation
My replies are flooded with Texas Tech fans saying “Tech did nothing wrong.”
Yes they did.
Publicly advocating for reinstatement in this situation is WRONG.
Supporting nefarious tactics that threaten the future of college football is WRONG.
Paying $6 million in NIL to a player that was caught gambling on his team is WRONG.
Pretending he has “served his time” by attending a 30 day rehab when the precedent for betting on your team has ALWAYS been banishment is WRONG.
It’s CRAZY that so many people are staking their careers and reputation on this kid.
It’s going to be CINEMA when they finish the season outside of the playoff.
@zachdefoor6@ChrisVannini@dandakich I definitely haven’t seen it, but him referring to the K-State AD and a BIG 10 official made me think maybe there were quotes I wasn’t aware of
