When we adopted the Iroquoian system of government, we took the car but left the motor needed to make it run. #Sociocracy with #Declarationism as its Cornerstone is the engine block to that motor.
Can Biden invoke the 14th Amendment?
Erwin Chemerinsky, a Professor and Dean at a School of Law, has argued that not even in a "Dire Financial Emergency" could a President raise the debt ceiling as there is no reasonable way to interpret the Constitution that allows him to do so
"When enough people say NO to the federal government - and enough states pass laws backing those people up - there's not much the feds can do to shove their so-called "laws" regulations, and mandates down our throats."
@michaelboldin
Once government gets new power for one "emergency" or another - they don’t give it back, at least voluntarily. And even when they stop using these "temporary powers" - it’s just until the next time the people allow - or even demand them. @michaelboldin

@elonmusk@EdKrassen@TuckerCarlson@CommunityNotes I'd love to debate @MarkDice on the definition of Liberalism. It's irritating how the radical element of conservatives take credit for Liberal ideology yet condemn the very same philosophy they have learned so much from; the very philosophy that founded this Republic.
@TuckerCarlson I am eager to hear what this man has to say now that he is no longer under the thumb of corporate media. I concur with everything he says on this video, except for his carrying on of the "Democracy" narrative. LPA stands with the Founding Fathers and Socrates on "democracy"

@BastardGrimm@disclosetv Personally speaking. There was a time when I would have been against the Communist Control Act of 1954, being a strong supporter of Liberty. However, we are now locked in a cage with a hungry lion that intends on devouring us. There can be no good faith when it is not mutual.

NEW - Legislation reintroduced would create a federal U.S. agency to enact "enforceable behavioral codes" and various other rules for digital platforms such as Twitter.

“This current e-skin really has all the attributes that we have been dreaming about,” says @zhenanbao. “We have been talking about it for a long time.” https://t.co/2OpF88pIOe
@CayandHAALsGran @c21markm The LPA recognizes hate crime as a legitimate offense: Hate crime legislation must include all classes and segments of society. It is both illegal and unethical to single out any one group as protected and deny equal protection to others. It's not politics it's common decency
@CayandHAALsGran @c21markm With that said. The LPA is in full support of everyone's rights equally. The LPA does not support or condone in any way shape or form placing any segment of society above another. No group has a right to be protected above any other. That is the entire meaning of equality
