@AmericanAir And your flights are never on time….@AmericanAir knows how to play the game…getting all passengers on a plane that doesn’t have AC just to check the box to say you were on time. Everyone knows the games you play. Flight #4689 was cancelled because you were going to lose money!!

@AmericanAir here again. So frustrating. Flight 1072. We had to check our carry on bags. AA if you provide one bag carry on…then allow it.

@AmericanAir So if you’re zone 9 you don’t get the same product as every other person in Coach…got it. So you’re selling a false product. As we were instructed one carry on. One of your attendees just yelled at a customer as she was just trying to convey that she needed her bag during travel
