@jimmyjohns When I called (not to complain) but to ask the manager what would be he easiest way to make this right, I was put on hold for 15 additional minutes and told I could drive back in the rain and I would only be given the missing pickle not correct sandwiches! #LostALoyalCustomer

@jimmyjohns I ordered in store. A new employee was training (which is great) but he had to read the board after he put every SINGLE ingredient on each sandwich. Which somehow he still got the sandwich(es) wrong and left out the pickle I paid for to top it off 15 mins later. Terrible manager!

@jimmyjohns I just had the (dis)pleasure of waiting an exceptionally long time for incorrect and incomplete sandwiches at store #2676 (Spring, TX). Bad customer service too when I called and asked to speak to a manager who could fix the mishap....
