Most people quit when it gets hard. Bad day? They stop. Didn't see results fast enough? They're gone.
But what if you didn't?
10 pushups. Every day. 365 days.
Not to get jacked. To prove to yourself that you keep your word.
That you show up for yourself even when your mind is telling you not to.
That's what we're building in 2026.

Be YOUR OWN HERO
Yes, we have to look up to the people that have helped us ONLINE.
But Don’t compare yourself from where they are now. We didn’t see the struggles they had to face.
We have our OWN STRUGGLES and thats a good thing. It creates experience and lessons.
Do you know that feeling when You wanted to do something productive with the product you have been wanting to finish up. But just can't seem to get the momentum starting?
Yea that's me right now, Im putting lots of pressure by making sure i finish it by Sunday.
We all want to reach the top 1%, right?
Show up every day with more effort, curiosity, patience, learning, drive, curiosity, and care.
You’ll be unstoppable.
Wealth comes to those who refuse to quit.
It’s just a matter of time.
Here’s why I decided to take a break:
As someone who works a 9-5 and also trying to build my audience in IG and YouTube. (X too)
Smoking was slowing me down.
Slowing me down from my mission.
My mission is to help as much people build a habit for showing up for themselves with 10 pushups a day (a community i have that I haven’t really brought up much) theres 5 of us there so far.
I procrastinated more
I got tired easily when I am starting to edit or plan.
Took me a lot of time and failures till I got tired of it and decided to take a break.
July 2022: Looked in the mirror, hated what I saw
January 2023: Still looked the same
July 2023: Still no progress
January 2024: Finally started listening to personal development again
December 2024: Best shape of my life
The turning point for me? I stopped putting deadlines on my body.
I lost 50lbs twice.
The first time took 7 months. The second time took 2.5 YEARS!
Why?
First time: I had urgency Second time: I had false confidence
Thinking "I've done it before, I can do it again easily" is the biggest trap.
Respect the process every single time.
You don't need to count every calorie to lose weight.
You need to be honest about what you're actually eating.
5 bubble teas a week isn't a "treat" Uber Eats 4x a week isn't "normal" Skipping the gym for 2 months isn't "rest"
Be honest to yourself. The results follow.
I was 50lbs overweight.
Lost it all.
Then gained it back.
Then spent 2.5 years being complacent even though I KNEW what to do.
The difference between knowing and doing?
I had to stop lying to myself about why I still looked like shit.
