Hey Rajoo! The old information may be cached on your device, which can delay the update. If you’re still seeing it, please try these steps:

Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Truecaller > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart your device.
iOS: Uninstall and reinstall the Truecaller app.

This should help clear any outdated data and display the updated information.

Hey Vikal! Business Chat messages can only be sent by verified brands on Truecaller that already have your number. These messages are delivered through Truecaller and are not SMS, so they will appear only in the Truecaller app, not in your phone’s native messaging app.

For Android:
