Rocky was a pirate in the past, who looking for encrypted treasures
Everyone knew that the treasure was there, but no one knew where and what was inside because the data was encrypted, which is what @SeismicSys is

📢Do you think your AI prompts are private?
📝Ritual proved that "shuffling hidden states" can be broken in just 2 minutes
The solution: Cascade🕯️
🔹 What is Cascade
Cascade is a new technology for private AI inference (the process when a model generates an answer to your prompt). Its goal: keep your prompts private even when computations run across dozens or hundreds of external servers
🔹 Why does it matter?
When you send a prompt to an LLM (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.), it turns into hidden states - the model’s internal “memory snapshots.” Some thought that shuffling them was enough for privacy. Ritual proved the opposite: with a “Vocab Matching Attack” an attacker can reconstruct your text in minutes. In other words, prompt privacy was an illusion
🔹 How does Cascade work (in simple terms)?
Imagine you have a secret phrase:
“Are you Ritualized🕯️”
Instead of giving the whole phrase to each server, you split it: one hears “Are,” another “you,” a third “Ritualized.”
No single server sees the full picture
Cascade does the same with AI prompts: it splits hidden states into shards (token-sharding) and distributes them across nodes. The model still produces the correct answer, but no one in the network can reconstruct your prompt
🔹 Why is it better than other approaches?
The older method SMPC (Secure Multi-Party Computation) also splits computations, but it is painfully slow up to 1000× slower than normal inference (2 minutes per token). For modern LLMs this is unusable
Cascade keeps the speed of normal inference while making attacks practically impossible
To break Cascade with a generalized vocab attack would take longer than the age of the universe (30 billion years)
Cascade is a breakthrough at the intersection of AI and Crypto:
✅ Fast
✅ Private
✅ Unbreakable in practice
