Checked our @BTBusiness order and it quotes the same repair time. So why am I waiting til Wednesday for an engineer? And why did their customer service rep tell me BT never guarantee how quickly theyโll repair?
Was told at signup @BTBusiness faults fixed in 24hrs or compensation. Home from holiday & broadband down - apparently will only fix ASAP, Engineer not coming til Weds PM. Made a complaint but small businesses be aware of the tricks to sign you up! #broadband#badservice#BT
