This is exactly why it's so harmful when women come forward about harassment, abuse or assault and it's dismissed or not believed.

Look at what happened to the women who came forward about Trump, Kavanaugh, Bill Cosby.

After Christine Blasey Ford testified about Kavanaugh, she and her family received death threats, were forced to leave their home for months, and needed private security.

Her personal information was exposed online, her email was hacked, false claims were spread in her name, and threats were directed at her children.

She largely withdrew from public life and has said the experience permanently changed her life.

So please - when women come forward - listen. Take it seriously. Look for the facts. Call for an investigation.

Two ex-wives, a daughter and another estranged relative say ICE officer David Brouillette had a history of violent and terrifying behavior.

On July 13, he shot and killed 26 year old Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Biddeford, Maine, with Guerrero’s 3 year old daughter in the car.

Guerrero was in the U.S. legally and was not the person ICE was looking for.

The warnings were there. They were ignored.

And DHS didn't bother to vet all of their new hires after Trump took office.
