@StwwellbeingHub @NHSSTW Menopause massively impacted on my wellbeing, especially my mental health. GP advised antidepressants, I wasn't depressed!! . I'm now on bio-identicle hrt, including testosterone! Marvellous. Feeling better than I did in my 40s. Seek help, be empowered. Live well.
