HERO ALERT: MMA fighter Josh Longood (37, a former professional fighter and BJJ black belt) heroically restrained a man for 10 minutes after the passenger allegedly assaulted a flight attendant aboard Frontier Flight 3345 from Puerto Rico to Chicago.

When the man became disruptive again, Longood restrained him for another 20–30 minutes after he allegedly attempted to pry open an emergency exit mid-flight.

The plane was safely diverted to Miami.
