Hôm qua trong livestream của bà Nguyễn Phuong Hằng, bà ấy có nhắc đến sự cố Cháy ở toà nhà ITC ở TP hcm năm 2002 làm 60 người chết, trong đó có 4 người nước ngoài. 70 người bị thương. Đây là vụ cháy gây thiệt hại về người lớn nhất Việt Nam tính đến thời điểm đó.
Năm 2002, trong một tòa nhà sáu tầng ngay trung tâm Sài Gòn có 172 tiệm vàng.
Không phải 172 tiệm rải khắp thành phố. Là 172 quầy vàng bạc đá quý dồn vào cùng một khối nhà rộng 6.500 mét vuông, đứng ngay tứ giác Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, Lê Lợi, Nguyễn Trung Trực, Lê Thánh Tôn. Tòa nhà tên ITC, trước đó gọi là Thương xá Tam Đa. Đây là chỗ mua bán vàng đậm đặc bậc nhất nội đô lúc bấy giờ.

Trong tòa nhà không chỉ có vàng. Có kim cương, đá quý, đồng hồ, có cả ngoại tệ nằm trong két các quầy. Tầng trên là 59 văn phòng cho thuê, một trong số đó là hãng bảo hiểm Mỹ AIA. Còn có vũ trường, sân trượt băng, nhà hàng.

Năm 2002, vàng khoảng 6 triệu đồng một lượng. Hôm nay gần 140 triệu. Cùng một lượng vàng, sau hai mươi ba năm, đắt lên khoảng 23 lần. Nghĩa là mọi con số tiền vàng ở ITC ngày đó, muốn thấy đúng độ lớn, phải nhân lên chừng ấy lần.
Thử đặt một con số tối thiểu. Chỉ cần mỗi quầy giữ trung bình 100 lượng vàng, 172 quầy đã là hơn 17.000 lượng. Thời giá 2002, chỗ vàng đó khoảng 100 tỷ đồng. Cùng số vàng ấy, theo giá hôm nay, vào khoảng 2.400 tỷ. Mà 100 lượng một quầy là mức khiêm tốn cho một tiệm vàng ở khu sầm uất nhất thành phố. (Đây là con số ước tính để dễ hình dung, không phải số liệu chính thức.)
Riêng phần thiệt hại vật chất được giám định sau vụ cháy là khoảng 32 tỷ đồng, có báo ghi hơn 40 tỷ. Chỗ này quy theo vàng ra hôm nay đã bảy tám trăm tỷ, mà mới chỉ là phần cơ sở hư hỏng, chưa gồm vàng trong các quầy, vì vàng gần như không cháy.

Đám cháy bắt đầu lúc 13 giờ 30 ngày 29 tháng 10 năm 2002.
Nó bắt đầu ở tầng ba, trong vũ trường Blue đang sửa chữa. Thợ hàn để vảy xỉ nóng khoảng 1.700 độ bắn vào lớp mút xốp cách âm, thứ bắt cháy chỉ từ 300 độ. Lửa lan quá nhanh. Không khống chế được, mấy người thợ đóng cửa phòng lại rồi bỏ ra ngoài, để mặc đám cháy.
Khói đen trùm lên tầng bốn, năm, sáu. Vòi chữa cháy áp lực yếu, không phun tới bên trong. Người mắc kẹt tụt xuống theo ống nước, có người nhảy thẳng từ tầng ba, tầng bốn. Đến khoảng 16 giờ, lửa mới được khống chế.
60 người chết, trong đó có 4 người nước ngoài. 70 người bị thương. Đây là vụ cháy gây thiệt hại về người lớn nhất Việt Nam tính đến thời điểm đó.

Vụ án được đưa ra xử với 11 bị cáo, ở hai nhóm tội: vi phạm quy định phòng cháy chữa cháy, và thiếu trách nhiệm gây hậu quả nghiêm trọng.
Sơ thẩm tháng 6 năm 2004, Lâm Nghĩa Hòa, chủ cơ sở cửa sắt nhận thi công, lãnh 7 năm tù, mức cao nhất, bị xác định chịu trách nhiệm chính. Nguyễn Văn Phương, tức Paul Nguyễn, Việt kiều Mỹ, chủ vũ trường Blue, cùng Chung Thị Mỹ Lệ, giám đốc ITC, và những người còn lại nhận từ 2 đến 5 năm.
Phúc thẩm tháng 1 năm 2005, tòa tăng án Nguyễn Văn Phương lên 5 năm 6 tháng, tăng Nguyễn Trọng Cường, trưởng ban quản lý vũ trường, lên 4 năm, giảm án Chung Thị Mỹ Lệ còn 2 năm.

Sau vụ cháy, ITC bị đập bỏ. Trên nền đất đó mọc lên tòa tháp SJC, vốn đầu tư 137 triệu đô la.

Honestly, I didn’t know much about Joe Felz, but the more I learn since his untimely death, the more it’s clear to me that his body of work was absolutely a HUGE THREAT to the powers that be, and that must be highlighted.

Joe was about to upload a treasure trove of some of the most important books in antiquity, including older/lost versions of the Bible (specifically containing the Apocrypha), books about Freemasonry, free energy, and other important ancient writings to a digital archive, unaltered, for the world to see and preserve.

What is most shocking, is that he was all set to release this archive publicly 72 hours before his untimely death on August 3rd, and we still aren’t sure yet how he died. However, Joe did say that if anything “suddenly happened to him” to keep digging, so he was absolutely aware that he was kicking the hornets nest…

Thankfully, he stated that should anything happen to him, there are contingencies in place to make sure this vital information gets out.

In this video, he shows in detail how ancient versions of the Bible had Palestine listed instead of the modern state of Israel, and how Israel is referring to a “tribe”, not a country. Can’t imagine how damaging that is to current narratives…

Joe was also a loud advocate for free energy, and we all know what happens to people who go too far down that rabbit hole…

I also don’t think it’s a coincidence at all that we just found out that AI companies are buying up books just like this in mass, digitally copying them, de-binding them and then shredding them.

They are actively trying to erase/re-write our history, and anyone getting in the way of that, would absolutely be a huge target. Joe had well over 1 million followers on social media between TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.

It’s clear that some very powerful individuals wanted Joe gone, and it’s also troubling to see that many of his followers suspect his own girlfriend. In the comments of his videos there seems to be a significant amount of his followers likening her to a possible “Erika Kirk” type. She has apparently taken over his pages and claims he didn’t know what he was talking about etc…Yikes.

Not saying for sure and I��m just going off what his followers are pointing out. I don’t know enough about the situation, but sadly it wouldn’t surprise me.

Also, VERY interesting to note is that the last Perez Hilton post before his mutilation tirade is about Joe Felz. Honestly, that is WAY too on the nose for me….Knowing what we know about how these people operate, that is extremely eye-opening.
