There are two paths upon us, the Fast Path or the Delayed Path....

🚀 FAST PATH Sept. 15: Senate votes on cloture to move forward with the CLARITY Act.
If they get the votes and leadership already has the deal mostly worked out, the Senate could move straight into debate, amendments and final passage Sept. 15–16.
Then the House could quickly concur with the Senate version before leaving Sept. 17.
➡️ Senate passes
➡️ House agrees
➡️ Bill heads to the President

OR......

⏳ DELAYED PATH If Senate procedure, debate or negotiations eat up the Sept. 15–17 window, the House leaves before the chambers can finish.
Then the next major opportunity becomes the post-election lame-duck session:
➡️ Nov. 3 midterms
➡️ House returns Nov. 9
➡️ House/Senate reconcile final language
➡️ Final passage
➡️ Sent to the President before the new Congress begins

The calendar is tight, but Sept. 15 is absolutely worth watching 👀👀👀
