@Topshop@TopshopHelp I have sent over all the info as requested, tried to call customer care but all I do is sit on hold, getting charged for someone not to answer. I have been a customer at topshop for years and have never experienced anything like this. Please help
@Topshop I have now DM you twice where both times you have asked me for the same info I have already given, after two weeks I still can’t get hold of someone on the helpline. This is becoming a little frustrating now as I have never had a problem with topshop before!

@Topshop@TopshopHelp still haven’t had a response to my DM, called twice last week, called Tuesday, called again yesterday - all over 30 mins wait. Please can you respond to my message regarding my order...this is getting ridiculous!
@TopshopHelp@Topshop very disappointed when trying to call regarding a return - tried last week and no one picked up, tried again today and was on hold for 16 mins until I decided to hang up. I’m being charged national rate for these calls #sortitout#topshop
