Great to hear our forum experts @kevin_mapstone of AMI Financial Solutions and Paul McDougall of @wbdebtcare talking about bankruptcy on BBC Radio Scotland’s Clever About Cash https://t.co/2FnXlQE2f4
Forum poster’s trustee said “they can accept universal credit payment under these circumstances” and “at the moment the rules are all over the place so they would be happy to accept it” https://t.co/17M23HjgxM
A balanced viewpoint from a suitably wide perspective. Can't say I disagree with any of it - though would be keen to stress that not all IPs guilty of failing cases where there is full compliance.

Frisky Loans, advertising high-cost loans in our insolvency forum this morning. Website says they’re @TheFCA authorised, but can’t find anything on the FS Register 🤔
Can't believe this letter on @TrustDeedForums sent to former PTD debtor re PPI redress former trustee is holding despite Dooneen Ltd v Mond. Shabby attempt at blackmail to my mind. How can this be ethical? Trustee prioritising own interests over both creditors and debtor alike😡
