This weekend was one for the books for almost everyone in the industry. Our team at @trustwallet also jumped in quickly and worked hard to ensure a smooth and reliable Solana swap experience for @TrustWallet users while facing many limitations - both internal and third-party.

✨ What We Achieved:
- Record Swap Volumes: our @solana same-chain and cross-chain transactions hit all-time highs, doubling tripling DoD. We processed 10x of API volume.
- Reliable Solana Experience: The Solana chain and Jupiter faced an all-time-high failure rate, with transaction failures ranging between 50% and 78%. Trust Wallet kept swaps running smoothly with zero downtime
- Rapid Campaign Launch: The $TRUMP/TWT Swap Campaign launched in hours, doubling transaction activity in the first hour and swapped users get additional love. We appreciated that some community members also brainstormed together.

🔥 Behind the Curtain:
- All-Nighters & War Rooms on weekend: Team members across time zones worked through the night in virtual war rooms, solving issues in real time, partnering with providers to troubleshoot together quickly.
- Handling Surges: With traffic 10x higher than usual, we stabilized degrading systems under pressure that, if left unchecked, could have triggered a spiral of failures.

🎯 Key Lessons:
- Act Faster: We’ll keep improving response times.
- Stay Prepared: We’ll refine our playbooks to stay ahead.
- Think Ahead: This will not be the last round. We are working with partners that might also have something cooking.
