A video from the Minamarg (Minimarg) check post has circulated showing a tourist arguing with security personnel over a temporary road restriction.

The Indian Army, in coordination with local police and civil administration, implements such measures as a routine and essential part of anti-terrorism and security operations in this highly sensitive high-altitude border region near the LoC.

Road closures, cordons, and regulated movement are standard when:
• Intelligence or operational requirements demand a search/cordon to neutralise potential threats
• Weather, landslides, or convoy movements require safety clearances
• The safety of residents, tourists, and troops must be prioritised

These are not arbitrary or “anti-tourist.” They exist precisely so that civilians, including tourists can travel safely in an area that has historically faced infiltration and terror risks.
Compromising a security protocol for individual convenience could endanger dozens of lives.

To the individual in the video and similar voices:
Being “Gen Z” (or any generation) is not a qualification, a badge of entitlement, or a licence to disregard security protocols. National security does not pause for slogans, tax receipts, or generational self-identification.
Comparing legitimate operational restrictions to “locking Kashmiris” is both factually misleading and disrespectful to the forces who protect every citizen, Kashmiri, tourist, or otherwise in this challenging terrain.

Threatening Parliament while creating a public confrontation at a sensitive post does not strengthen democracy; it risks operational security.

We urge all visitors and residents:
Support these measures. They are conducted for your safety and the nation’s security. Patience and cooperation save lives.
The Army and police work hand-in-hand daily so that tourism and normal life can continue in J&K and Ladakh.

▪️Allahabad HC granted permanent custody of a minor girl to her father, holding that her welfare and best interests would be served by continuing her custody with him.

▪️On July 9, 2026, High Court had granted temporary custody of the minor to her father, while her mother was granted visitation rights and permission to interact with the child through video conferencing.

▪️In its order, Court observed that the minor was being used as a “pawn” in a matrimonial dispute and had been “heavily tutored” by the mother to make sexual abuse allegations against the father.

▪️During its interaction with the child, Court found that the daughter was comfortable living with her father and paternal grandparents at Amravati, Maharashtra. Court observed that, from her demeanor and conduct, “it was apparent that she has developed a strong emotional bond with the petitioner and feels secure and comfortable in his company and custody.” The child also expressed her desire to continue residing with her father.

▪️Court also noted that an ex parte decree of divorce had been passed by Family Court, Amravati, on July 30, 2026, dissolving the marriage. The father submitted that he was properly caring for the child and, being a doctor and financially capable, could adequately provide for all her needs. He therefore sought permanent custody of the minor daughter.

▪️However, mother stated that she was willing to live with the father in their matrimonial home, but following the divorce decree, such an arrangement was no longer legally or practically feasible.

She further complained that she was unable to visit the father’s residence because criminal cases had been registered against her and she apprehended arrest by Maharashtra Police. Court declined to issue any direction on that aspect, observing that the issue was “beyond the scope of the present proceedings.”

▪️Accordingly, Allahabad High Court ordered that “permanent custody of the corpus, Riddhie Jaiswal, is hereby entrusted to the petitioner, Dr. Ashish Prakash Jaiswal.”

🚨 Huge statement by the principal who got suspended by Abhijeet Dipke

"I requested Sansad of this village, who is from Shiv Sena, to give us funds to make this school better. But for two years, he has not been giving us funds. Abhijeet Dipke came to our school with 10-15 men and also with the media so that he could record himself looking like a hero. He visited some classes. Students were studying there. He visited our head office. Everything was good there too.

He always visits the school through the back gate so that he can point out mistakes. I was not even present that day because I had a fever. I got a call saying that I had been suspended. For what? For not having proper benches in my school? Is it my school? Am I supposed to pay for them? It is Shiv Sena MP’s job to provide us with funds to make the school better.

I told this to Abhijeet Dipke, but he didn’t listen because he is getting funded by Uddhav Thackeray. He is a politician, but a cheap one, who is using children just to target innocent people and BJP. He even brought other village boys and made it look like the students in our class don’t wear proper uniforms. He should get an FIR for this."

Such a shame man. Dipke is literally harming innocents just to defame BJP ruled states 🙏
