Rochdale survivor Billy Howarth, co-founder of Parents Against Grooming UK (PAGUK), has spent years supporting victims of child sexual exploitation and campaigning for safeguarding reform.
Even before PAGUK was formally established, Billy and the late Linda Phillips were already working on the ground supporting vulnerable people in their community. Linda’s passing was a huge loss, but her legacy continues through Billy, his team, and the survivors they stand with. The fight for justice and protection continues.
Through PAGUK, they’ve built practical survivor support including counselling, court advocacy, peer support, and a community hub funded largely by donations and volunteers.
The PAGUK Survivor Hub in Rochdale urgently needs restoration to stay open.

🚨Taxpayers are getting ROBBED! again!!
Labour is handing £1.3 billion of our money for a massive American theme park.
While families drown in energy bills and the NHS collapses.
These absolute clowns are prioritising billionaire profits over real British problems.
Absolute disgrace.
Enough!
