I posted around 8 reviews and feedback and all of them were 4 star or 5 star.
In all of these just ONE was negative with 1 star-and the same was rejected because of your community guidelines.Checked again, absolutely zero issues in what I wrote.

I still remember the situation was same the last year as well, and at one time I had more than 20 open tickets.
Zero solution.
Zero difference year on year.
Even after paying lakhs in taxes, we are dying to get basic amenities.

My old yearly pass is valid till Aug end 2026 and has 155 trips available. I have sold off the car and have now got a new fastag on new car with positive balance available. How can I port my annual pass to this new vehicle ?

One more day has passed.
Received a call from some TL or Manager from customer care and he said that the case is with grievance team.
At the end of day, no one called.
No update on email.
3rd to 9th Feb - just to get a basic document like NCB Certificate.
Shameful

1. Refund of prorata based Own Damage premium.
