A Russian "Z-blogger" writes that the Russian city of Taganrog now has no Pantsir or S-300/400 air defense systems after Ukrainian attacks:

"Attack on Taganrog. The city is without air defense.

On September 12, 2026, an attack was carried out on facilities located in the area of Taganrog, Rostov Region.

During the attack, a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system (SAM/GMS) was destroyed. It is worth noting that the system had only returned from repairs the day before, following damage sustained in a previous strike.

As of September 13, 2026, there are no operational Pantsir-S1 systems or S-300/S-400 air defense systems remaining in the city of Taganrog.

The attack also targeted a fuel storage facility at Taganrog Severny airfield. A 1,000-ton storage tank caught fire.

A strike was also carried out on Atlant Aero LLC, a manufacturer of UAVs. Production facilities covering 4,000 m² caught fire. A warehouse containing finished Molniya UAVs was destroyed."

In France and Germany, the highest-polling parties are pro-Kremlin. The worse of the two is definitely Germany’s AfD, which is full of Russia apologists and neo-Nazis.

The air raid alerts are non-stop in Kyiv.
