There is absolutely no doubt in my simple mind he was in coverup mode. He hoped the vaccine would make it all go away and lessen his culpability. I think he believed he had an ace up his sleeve, with the vaccine platform he’d been working on for 20 years. He must’ve shit a brick, when it started harming people. It was pure evil forcing it on people, even as an adviser, he is still responsible to a degree for all of it. He should be stripped of his pension, serve time in jail if convicted. I hope I never hear or see that scumbag again.

Seems to me… He should be accused of his crimes in front of Grand Jury. If the Jury indicts him, take him to trial. Let him try to use his pardon then. If the trial proceeds, he might be found guilty. At this point his pardon might prevent him from going to jail. He would have the guilty verdict on his record.
