The DOJ is suing a Kansas school district over alleged "secret" gender transition plans that locked parents out — and Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon says this is just the beginning.

The lawsuit alleges Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools violated federal parental rights laws through internal guidance that allows students to request that parents be excluded from transition-related planning and that their transgender or gender non-conforming status not be disclosed to them.

Dhillon told Fox News Digital other school districts are already under investigation and more lawsuits are being contemplated.
