@duke9678@NBA2K Two hundred and thirty five GIGS?! Nah, bro, this crap is becoming way too commonplace, it's getting worse and worse with no clear return for the consumer allocating the space—certainly not one proportional to the year after year increases in size, and it isn't unique to 2K.
Kate Martin in her 1st career WNBA start tonight:

The rookie can hoop.
This is pretty awesome, and I'm glad to say I've been a part of that. Watching games of every team, experiencing how each of these pros play basketball (they're REALLY GOOD), getting the news and stats, and getting to fall in love with bball all over again, well, it's great.
I have never seen anything like this. Never been a more exciting time for the sport of basketball, straight up. You can feel the electricity in the air there, even through a screen.
Most jaw-dropping part though? These are preseason hoops. Let's freaking GO
They opened up the upper decks at Gainbridge field house in expectation of Caitlin Clark.
This is her and the Indiana Fever being announced in the starting lineup
@jag512 @_Joecreation@IndianaFever@IowaWBB There are always trolls, yea, especially w/ women's sports & competitions, but I think this guy's just genuinely ignorant. I'd wager that this is prob the first year he's even noticed WNBA news lol.
Either way, this'll be a seriously exciting season for bball fans everywhere!!!🏀
@universetoday@FlukeZachary@b0yle That is one of the best Earth test images I've seen from any of the interplanetary probes we've sent out there. 'Atta probe, JUICE! 💛🌎
@StartsWithABang This post reminds me of every time I watch a science history documentary where a physicist proclaims some new idea, and all the leading scientists of the time outright reject him and call him all sorts of shit. And then it turns out he was right. Sad to see this still happens
Get 'em, Parker!!! I'm so proud that this brave probe is carrying a storage drive with my name on it (stored on the drive, not physically inscribed on it to be clear lol), but that's small potatoes compared to how proud I am of the operators & engineers of this daring mission ✊
Parker Solar Probe - the 1st spacecraft to "touch" the sun - has its 15th perihelion, or closest point to the sun, today. And the sun's innermost planet Mercury is at superior conjunction today, passing behind the sun as seen from Earth.
