@BreakingBrown YC, your hard work along with others has exposed a bevy of deception and lies that 'so called' allies have been getting away with for decades. They fight back with the same methods they used to deceive their own people. #ProjectTakeOver#ProjectDownBallot
“Blacks were entitled to citizenship because they were Americans. They had no other homeland, owed no allegiance to any foreign power, and were subject to no otherauthority.”
The Statue of Liberty was never intended to represent immigrants.
It was meant to celebrate freed slaves. You don’t need to put a bedsheet over it. Just give it back its original meaning.
We know he won’t, and we know exactly why.
“The Reconstruction Amendments were an anticaste, antisubordination reset for the Nation, not a mere spot treatment for the dark stain of slavery.”
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson diminishes the historical significance of slavery with this statement.
There’s no way you can read this statement and not understand why the American Descendant of Slavery movement is so important and so necessary.
This statement by Tyler Perry is disinformation.
@tylerperry#LineageMatters
“Greatness” is not a word I’d ever use to describe a slave owner.
But it’s easy to have these cold, totally theoretical conversations when the slaves in question were not your ancestors.
It’s easy to talk this way when the impacts of chattel slavery, a failed Reconstruction, Jim Crow, redlining & convict leasing don’t manifest in your actual life because you’re Kenyan/white rather than #ADOS.
American Descendants of Slavery know what we lost when our family was ran off farms. When our ancestors had their labor stolen. We listen to elders speak on how the KKK burned crosses in their yards. And we listen as inheritors of that legacy of plunder—that began with slavery—not just as analytical bystanders or disinterested spectators.
Lineage really does matter.
ADOS Advocacy Foundation attended the 2026 N’COBRA National Convention to talk reparations eligibility — and why lineage must be a primary criterion.

A video?
The ADOS Advocacy Foundation has more than 10 local chapters on the ground across the country. We’re the fastest growing Black grassroots organization in the country.
Are you always this lazy? Not doing an ounce of research?
And our organization has a Black Agenda that local activists organize around as well as reparations.
And yes I make videos because I don’t take a salary from the money we raise. It all goes back to local organizing.

@ResearchCoach@illinoisdems Juneteenth is an AMERICAN holiday that recognizes slaves becoming AMERICAN.
You can thrash around all you like, but it’s not a Pan African holiday.
I got another red, white & blue flag for you..
David Oyelowo is slick.
He managed to squeeze in Native Americans and Mexicans into a discussion about police murdering Black People.
Then he says “we” were brought here as slaves.
Is he a part of we?
Does he really get to have an “ask?”
