I took my son and daughter to a Forrest Frank concert recently... and I have to be honest: As a pastor, this is why I believe this man is actually a PROBLEM.
In 2005, Tom Brady on a 60 Minutes interview, famously said after he won is 3rd Super Bowl ring:
“Why do I have three Super Bowl rings and still think there’s something greater out there for me? I mean … God, it’s gotta be more than this. I mean this can’t be what it’s all cracked up to be … What else is there for me?”
Even Super Bowl rings, money, and fame can’t fulfill you and give you true purpose. Only JESUS can do that.
It is the same ole story every year with the @packers-a dominant first half followed by a dead 2nd half with complete TRASH on special teams...we left 7 points on the board with our kicker! Josh Jacobs is running back kick-offs--ridiculous. TRASH play calling and time mgt in the 2nd half. This act is getting old!
It's official. We need a Charlie Kirk memorial every year.
Not politics, not spectacle, but faith, purpose, and unity. A stadium of tens of thousands, revival-style, singing and praising, celebrating what vision and action can achieve.
Charlie's Executive Producer Andrew Kolvet overheard Grammy-winning worship leaders saying they had never seen the Spirit move like that.
This was more than a memorial. It was a movement, a moment to inspire hope and ignite action.
The first six months of Trump’s presidency has been the best six months any president has had in my life. It’s transformative & historic on a level none of us 50 & younger have ever seen. Trump 2025 is far more impactful than Trump 2021 would have been. Panic setting in with Dems
I’m pretty devastated to hear Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson passed away.
I was lucky enough to write and shoot a video with him years ago. It was hilarious.
But one thing he told me I’ve never forgotten and think about all the time…
When I told him I was expecting my first son, he paused and asked me if he could give me some unsolicited advice.
“Of course,” I said.
“Let your son see you love his mother,” he replied.
Then his face turned DEADLY serious.
“I mean, let him see you really love her.”
He didn’t break eye contact for an uncomfortable amount of time to really make sure I understood.
In retrospect, this was phenomenal advice that only became more true as time went on.
RIP, Phil 🙏
Wow! This is absolutely extraordinary from a sitting vice-president. Here's @JDVance:
"The fundamental tenet of the Christian faith. It's not just a set of good moral principles (though it is that)... The fundamental tenet of our faith is that the Son of God became man, he died, and then he raised himself from the dead. That is the fundamental tenet of the Christian faith...
"I think one lesson that flows from that is that we shouldn't fear death... There are much more terrible things than just losing one's life... you could lose one's soul."
