@OfficeHoursDrB@lxeagle17@sam_d_1995 When a guy with 72 prior arrests and multiple violent felony convictions sets a woman on fire on the Chicago MRT (Bethany Magee), and it spreads all over the news, people will absolutely base votes on that kind of enablement. Especially the working-class who take public transit.
@EvanC669770@RatedPurple@loulzdotnet No, thatโs what YOU said about kneeling. Weโre just following YOUR dumb rules. Donโt like it? Shouldnโt have started it.
@Daredelvis@SpearDee@realDonaldTrump "Why does it always have to hit home for you low IQ conservatives to understand the problem."
main character syndrome
@CraigTabler The government doesn't owe you anything. Figure out your own affairs instead of demanding welfare & bailouts. I hear that Cape Town is great this time of year.
@spmaloney You could have just run in your original district and won like Pat Ryan did. Instead of doing that you bullied your way into Mondaire Jones' district. And now you're out of a job because of your own hubris LOL ๐
@extramsg@NateSilver538 There have only been 2 midterms since the great depression where the president's party didn't lose seats in the house. So yes, it literally would be a very bad night for the GOP if they failed to gain seats in the house because it happens less then 10% of the time.
@CazNeerg@NateSilver538 Wisconsin seems like a big stretch at this point. Nobody thinks that there's enough votes left in Milwaukee to overcome the republican candidate's lead.
@CaternNada@RoryBBellows_ @GMaddux1 @VividConfusion@NateSilver538 The GOP won't concentrate on those priorities. They've already said that they're going to shutdown the government by holding the budget hostage & impeach Biden. Nor do I think they'll be damaged by taking these actions because voters have a short memory just like jan 6.
@Excelsior_PR@NateSilver538 There's a TON of competitive senate seats seats that are within 1-2%. So even a minor shift of 2-3% between the actual results & the polling (which happens in most elections) would result in either party sweeping all/most of the competitive senate seats. Both parties are in play
@politicalplayer@NateSilver538 Not gone but it'll take a minor miracle. Nate Silver gave Trump a 10% chance of winning in 2020 and Trump came close. The House currently has an 18% chance of being dem. If there's a polling error like the one in 2020 but in the opposite direction then the house will be close.
