@TXsecofstate sets public hearing for the certification of Hart Electronic Voting System Vanguard in Austin, Texas!

From compter science and voting system expert Dr. Daugherity @ZoomWalter:

"One of the most important functions of state election officials is to verify that voting machines used in their state are accurate and auditable and not vulnerable.

Many states, including Texas, require certification of compliance with federal standards issued by the Election Assistance Commission @EACgov, and then perform their own additional tests.
Most recently the Hart company applied for Texas certification of their new Vanguard voting system. Examiners (including employees and designees of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton @TXAG @KenPaxtonTX and Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson @TXsecofstate @SecJaneNelson) inspected the machines, and their reports are now posted at https://t.co/inBTS0gvgW….
The next step, required by #txlege law, is to hold a public hearing "to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views for or against the approval of the voting system or voting system equipment being considered" (https://t.co/bTLfth24iN…).

Since the legally mandated purpose of the public hearing is "to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views for or against the approval of the voting system or voting system equipment being considered," it is imperative that all of the following be physically present to hear those views and to answer any questions the public may have about the examination:

Obviously, if they are not physically present, then that defeats the purpose of holding a public hearing to hear the public and makes a mockery of the purpose of the law.

Terminating the blue slip process is a huge part of holding people accountable and could be why nobody has been held accountable yet.

JD Vance explained it about a month ago. Without the right people in place, we will never see justice. Without removing the blue slips, we can’t get the right people in place.

Everyone can complain all they want, but the DOJ would be stupid to bring charges without the right people in place. Blame the worthless Republican Senators!
