Someone sold out today. Must not trust the company and you can’t blame them with recent events. I’m not going anywhere because I am down so much already and have nothing to lose. I’ve been patient for five years, what is another five? $hpnn
Clear as day. OOVE was paraded around as Digital Age property. There is no other way to spin it. You can’t just wake up one day and say it’s a separate entity controlled by you. $hpnn
$HPNN's Digitalage Powers Forward at CES 2025: Leading the Charge in Fair and Ethical Tech Innovation With “OOVE” Deep Content Analysis: Digitalage, a subsidiary of Hop-on, is proud to announce that CES 2025 has been its most transformative and productive showcase. Bolstered by its proprietary “OOVE” deep content analysis and an unwavering commitment to premium content, IP protections, and transparent governance, Digitalage aims to become the Next Generation Amazon-like style of how users discover, share, and monetize content—formal Press to Follow
$HPNN Transfer agent files are moving to VStock Transfer. Digitalage is rolling out OOVE. Every post goes through deep content analysis to fix what’s broken in social media. Even classics like “Charlie bit my finger” (100M+ views) get enhanced and preserved.
@ericschmidt $HPNN We are working on our OOVE technology that protects not only false-generated AI, DRM tools for content protection. As a result, creators can manage their content in one place, maximizing their creative and commercial potential. In addition, our platform supports publishers, influencers, and contributors, fighting content piracy and generating revenue. https://t.co/5HHNt7PHMU
The press release literally says/implies OOVE is owned by Hop-on. I am very skeptical. (Shareholder since 2021 and I feel robbed) @HPNN $hpnn
“Hop-on’s OOVE™ is in the process of filing provisional patents and trademarks.”
No screw job. No confusion.
Digitalage is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hop-on and is where the operating business, platform, creator infrastructure, applications, patent filings, and revenue model are being executed.
OOVE is a separate legal entity and licensing/IP layer. It is not owned by Hop-on or Digitalage. That separation has now been clarified publicly so shareholders understand the structure clearly.
Digitalage also has its own patent filings and technology foundation independent of OOVE.
Questions are fair. False conclusions are not.
The public record is available at https://t.co/Tid26BINww.
Peter planning a screw job on shareholders? OOVE seems like the real money maker. Considering his past I am concerned. He needs to explain. $hpnn @HPNN
Peter I’m confused. If OOVE doesn’t fall under DigitalAge does it fall under Hop-on, INC? The press release makes it sound like OOVE is an unrelated company? Please explain. $hpnn @HPNN
Official news is live.
$HPNN has launched its institutional governance portal, consolidated its public-company infrastructure, and clarified the OOVE equity separation.
This is about structure, transparency, IP licensing, and building the public record the right way.
Digitalage is media infrastructure. OOVE is the external licensing and rights layer.
We are putting the foundation where investors, partners, creators, and the market can see it.

It appears retail has zero faith left in Peter (myself included). He can tweet as much as he wants but it holds zero weight. Can only hope he actually delivers the goods soon but I won’t hold my breath. @HPNN $hpnn
@HPNN@FatherFirst2026 Repetitive tweets with no impact on share price get boring. I won’t unfollow because I want to make my money back. When is the conference call? $hpnn
Just wondering if you are aware of the share price? Would be nice for you to comment on it and acknowledge the frustration by shareholders. $hpnn @HPNN
