@wsw_garfield I don’t believe that, I also don’t believe some big long term plan is gonna fix that. Best we can do is expand the league and hope more kids come through. I do think in 2030 most of our squad will be top 5 leagues. In that case I think the biggest thing holding us back is belief.

@wsw_garfield You just need to teach them basics and focus on individual player development. Long term plan shouldn’t be play style, should be opening pathways. Everybody loves the 100 year J-League plan but the big part of that is just getting more pro clubs so there’s more pathways.
