@dockaurG is a practicing physician in Canada, specializing in immunology and pediatrics.  Because she spoke out publicly on Twitter (now X) in opposition to the Canadian and Ontario governments’ COVID lockdown efforts and vaccination mandates, she was harassed by the legacy media, censored by prior Twitter management, and subjected to investigations and disciplinary proceedings by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario that resulted in “cautions” being placed on her permanent public record.

The legal battles that ensued cost Dr. Gill her life savings, and she now owes $300,000 in a court judgment due Monday. When Elon Musk learned earlier this week about her crowdfunding campaign to pay the judgment (https://t.co/U7XeOeMuO1), he pledged to help. X will now fund the rest of Dr. Gill’s campaign so that she can pay her $300,000 judgment and her legal bills.

EXCLUSIVE: Health Canada Confirms Undisclosed Presence of DNA Sequence in Pfizer Shot
"Health Canada has confirmed the presence of a Simian Virus 40 (SV40) DNA sequence in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, which the manufacturer had not previously disclosed. There is debate among scientists with regards to the significance of the finding, with some saying it has the potential to cause cancer, and others saying it poses little to no threat.

"Health Canada expects sponsors to identify any biologically functional DNA sequences within a plasmid (such as an SV40 enhancer) at the time of submission," the agency said in an email to The Epoch Times.

"Although the full DNA sequence of the Pfizer plasmid was provided at the time of initial filing, the sponsor did not specifically identify the SV40 sequence."

The regulator said that after scientists Kevin McKernan and Dr. Phillip J. Buckhaults publicly raised the presence of SV40 enhancers in the vaccines earlier this year, “it was possible for Health Canada to confirm the presence of the enhancer based on the plasmid DNA sequence submitted by Pfizer against the published SV40 enhancer sequence."

Both scientists have made waves after discovering plasmid DNA in the mRNA COVID-19 injections, warning it could potentially alter the human genome. However, the two share different degrees of concern about the significance of an SV40 sequence—which is used as an enhancer to drive gene transcription during the vaccine manufacturing process—being present in the shots.
Mr. McKernan, a former researcher and team leader for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Human Genome Project, told The Epoch Times he suspects Pfizer didn’t disclose the presence of the DNA sequence due to the association of SV40 with polio vaccines. He said while there is no evidence the sequence is carcinogenic, he has concerns about its integration into the human genome.

The polyomavirus Simian Virus 40, an oncogenic DNA virus, was previously removed from polio vaccines due to concerns about a link to cancers. Polio vaccines used in the late 1950s and early 1960s were found to be contaminated with SV40 as the virus was present in monkey kidney cells that were used to grow the vaccine.

Mr. McKernan said while the full 5kb SV40 virus was present in the polio vaccines, the presence of SV40 promoters was still concerning due to the risk of them integrating into the human genomes near oncogenes, which are genes that have the potential to cause cancer

Angus Dalgleish, professor of oncology at St. George's Hospital Medical School in London, recently wrote in The Conservative Woman about a higher incidence of cancers following COVID-19 vaccination seen by himself and his colleagues, including an “epidemic of explosive cancers” with multiple metastatic spread.
He noted the potential “DNA plasmid and SV40 integration in promoting cancer development.”

Dr. Lindsay questioned why Pfizer failed to disclose the SV40 promoter to regulators like the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, and Health Canada.

"They hid them. So it's not just the fact that they're there, it's the fact that they were purposefully hidden from the regulators," she said.

The London Sunday Times did an investigation into P*rnhub and found “dozens of illegal videos in minutes” including children as young as THREE YEARS OLD.

9 days ago evidence uncovered in legal discovery in a California child sex trafficking class action lawsuit against P*rnhub proved they hid child sexual abuse they knew about from authorities for over 13 years. From 2007-April 2020 after #Traffickinghub went viral exposing them they DID NOT REPORT any known child abuse to authorities.

This was also confirmed by the two primary child protection agencies in the US and Canada during a 2021 parliamentary investigation in Canada.

During this time evidence shows P*rnhub was also instructing users who found child abuse on the site NOT to report it to authorities and to send it to them instead.

Imagine how many children could have been saved during those 13 years if P*rnhub wasn’t hiding the abuse from law enforcement?

It’s a criminal offense in Canada, where P*rnhub is headquartered not to report known child sexual abuse material. The crime carries a 14 year prison sentence.

Charges Dropped Against Elderly Man Who Was Arrested and Charged for Honking His Horn During the Freedom Convoy Protest in Ottawa.

The Canadian Independent spoke with Criminal Defence Attorney David Anber, who represented Gerald Charlebois, the nearly 80-year-old elderly man who was arrested by police in a video that went viral during the Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa.

According to Anber, Charlebois was stopped by Ottawa Police for "allegedly honking his horn." This act had been prohibited at the time due to a temporary injunction issued by a judge. The injunction was in response to trucks affiliated with the Freedom Convoy that had parked their vehicles in Ottawa's downtown core, continuously blaring their horns.

The video of Mr. Charlebois' arrest garnered significant attention in February 2022. In the footage, a bystander can be heard advising the elderly man not to answer the police's questions. A few minutes later, the same individual instructs Charlebois not to surrender his driver's license. Charlebois then informs the officer that he is not going to provide his driver's license and is subsequently placed under arrest, fined, and charged $118 for 'unnecessary noise.'

Anber says that this charge was likely dropped because "Failing to provide your driver's licence is not an arrestable offence." Anber cited a court of appeal case, R. v. Plummer, to support this argument.

Anber stated that "if a person fails to give a driver's licence, the police officer must ask the person to identify him or herself verbally, and - assuming no issue with the truthfulness of that verbal ID - the officer may not arrest the person."

Anber mentioned that the crown did not specify why they dropped the charge against Charlebois but suggested it was likely because "they had no reasonable prospect of conviction in light of the unlawful arrest and the lengthy delay in bringing the matter before the Courts."

As a result of his arrest, Mr. Charlebois sustained several bruises and cuts to his hands, wrists, and knee area. When asked about the potential of a civil suit against the Ottawa Police over Charlebois' arrest, his attorney responded, "Mr. Charlebois may have a civil remedy available to him against the police, and I don't deal with civil suits."
