@Fakhteo چون طبق بند ۵ همون تفاهم نامه، تنگه بر اساس ترتیبات مد نظر ایران باز میشه. آمریکا بر خلاف این بند میخواست مسیر خودش رو باز کنه. اگه موفق میشد این مسیر رو تثبیت کنه، عملا برگه تنگه از دست ایران خارج میشد و بعد از اندک مدتی آمریکا زیر بقیه بندهای تفاهم میزد.

What you need to realize is that you started an illegal war of choice, committed endless war crimes, and then LOST that war.
You can now try to ignore the outcome of that disastrous decision and try to violate the terms of an MOU that you were forced to sign because, again, you LOST that war, but the reality is that Iran is now in charge of the Strait. The entirety of it. Iran is in control of the Strait. The entirety of it. And yes, it will be in coordination with Oman.
