At the edge of the observable universe lies the frontier - an information plane that is destined to continue to grow as new tooling, including our own, can transform the sensible into the sensed.
New thoughts from our very own @LuisOala on the future of the information frontier and the tools and processes to capture the greatest Alpha.
update: i made it across
thx everyone for coming and listening. impressed w the data makers community. if you have a systems/data/ml footprint id keep an eye on them.
also this is a first: tile w face 🧱🙃now i can stare at wall AND from wall

Data. agents can't function without it, it needs to flow freely to be useful, and most of the world's supply is locked behind plumbing that doesn't exist yet. @TryBrickroad
some more eyecandy on the data multiplexer architecture im working on. each node autonomously provisions, requests and routes data flow on behalf of their downstream stack. it really comes together from 10000 feet when you slice and dice the whole mesh. we are onboarding new nodes w our team @TryBrickroad and rolling out more of our research in the coming weeks: provisioning the right data flow at minimal transaction cost
been improving the features over on @TryBrickroad for a bit and just launched the ability to create orgs and upload datasets under orgs, means when you get a buyer request the whole org can get the alert and work on the same deals
if anyone didn't know, brickroad is an agentic data procurement platform, we're making it easy to buy and sell your datasets via agents
AI agents need datasets that describe themselves. Croissant 1.1 from @MLCommons adds machine-actionable provenance, semantic vocabularies, and embedded governance—so autonomous systems can discover and use data while respecting permissions.

@Dr_JohnFletcher@friedmandave the algo is a tool for deriving value from the data but it serves no purpose in isolation. the data is the feedstock that produces commercial value in the form of intelligence derived from the data via application of the algo.
ill be @MIT_CSAIL this week for a talk
"On Roman Roads: Data Composition For AI & Agents"
10-11am eastern in 32-d463
covering our research and open source efforts to make data flow
send your boston data-centric friends(:
Welcome to the fam @PerceptronNTWK.
We're excited to bring Perceptrons near unlimited capacity to source public datasets straight to our users.
Search, preview, evaluate and license almost 1.5M datasets straight from your IDE or https://t.co/aYCz0K6XDl.
Brickroad is headed to Boston this week. @LuisOala will be speaking at @MIT_CSAIL on data composibility in the age of Agents. Join us!

@0xDevShah@JasonrShuman There is nuance to this question - as of yet (what we're working on) - there is no open spot market for data. Most people don't see enough deal flow to know the market price of a data modality at any given time. Programmatic data procurement will solve so much....
