Yesterdays operation was a huge success! Dr’s are extremely happy this morning. He’s in good spirits albeit in a bit of pain
As a family we would like to thank everyone for the wishes, love, hard work, fundraising and making Trystan’s dreams come true. Thank you all #TeamTrystan
Trystan went to bed upset as @Cymru went out of #EURO2020
This morning though put everything into perspective. He was enjoying playing cricket & that's thanks to the operation & money raised. #Wales donated to this & we're forever grateful for all you do on & off the pitch
All set to return to school on Monday but he's been awesome these last few weeks with all the physio.
Progress is definitely the word as he continues the rehab programme but he can't wait to see all his friends and teachers next week #TeamTrystan
Just look at Trystan go. Ready for a bleep test next week we reckon?
He's been practising all week and it's great to see him with such confidence and independence
Special delivery for Trystan today. Time to give these Walking Tripods a go.
Everything he's doing is a step in the right direction and we hope these will help him gain more confidence moving forward
Normally we get - "He's always smiling." Well today you can just see pure determination. 100 steps achieved!!!
So proud of the hard work he's doing 🚶♂️
Anyone want to see some football action? ⚽ @BBCMOTD@sgorio
Left-foot just past the mirror, passing it perfectly to the pink man (exercise mat) as planned. Brilliant 👏
Expect a couple of step-overs soon
So many of you out there doing your steps throughout January - well Trystan managed a massive 83 today 💪 He even managed a little left foot pass of a football too so it's been a good day
Forgot to update on here last week so this is going straight-out 'cos it's brilliant
Can't believe how much more upright he is and the balance is so good with him. Nice calm steps instead of chasing himself which used to be the case. Brilliant Tryst 💪
Last physio session of this crazy year done.
Early this year was a step back when the first op. went wrong & after months of waiting, lockdown and more we finally got it done and he's now doing so well
Thanks for the continued support. Have a great Xmas & New Year #TeamTrystan
Hope all is well & everyone keeping safe. Haven’t done an update in a long time so here we go.
Trystan is still going very well with his physio sessions. This morning saw him practicing his standing with out splints to strengthen his legs as well as some kneeling exercises 💪
🏴 South Wales derby Competition 1️⃣
Retweet and tag two friends to be in with a chance of winning a match-worn shirt from yesterday’s win 🙌
Two winners will be chosen before the second competition over on @kitman_swans’ Instagram (@eamesy1989). Must be following!
Good luck!
Can't believe this was a year ago! Trystan was smiling all day for definite. One of his best days of fundraising thanks to the @ospreys. We've lost count of how many times he's worn the shirt since #TeamTrystan
It's been another busy week for us raising money and giving it all one final push. Saturday's experience with the @ospreys was another one that we'll remember forever and are so grateful once again for everyone's support, messages and positivity #TeamTrystan
Big day for this one as he returns to school for the first time in over 6 months and for the first time since his SDR operation
He's so excited to have the opportunity to be chatting to all of his friends again mainly about football of course #TeamTrystan
