This just feels targeted at this point. I haven't afk'd, disconnected, or crashed at all. Literally just finished a game and was idling in rank lobby and caught a temp ban. I put in a ticket and they say they won't lift it either. What an actual joke.

@SyIvanos It is an unfathomable level of demoralization. It might be better if they gave some kind of consolation for the time and energy wasted to everyone but all we get is a "yeah we're just gonna reset everything"

I literally played for 48 hours straight as soon as rank went live. I played at LEAST 350+ matches to make sure I was the first to Challenger. I EARNED this. This is actual insanity. I shouldn't be getting punished for whatever you couldn't figure out on your end.

issues addressed in the latest patch:

-illaoi assist tentacles now work as intended
-ranked reenabled
-ranked progression has been adjusted - in order to ensure we're placing players fairly, we've made the call to reset everyone's ranks. we know this is frustrating and it's not something we plan to do often, thanks for your patience while we continue to make improvements

console players: please fully close and re-open 2XKO before loading back into the lobby

@TSM_Leffen -Getting matched against significantly lower ranks and when I win the set I'm still negative points just because I lost 1 of the 3. Maybe implement a rank preference filter as a fix.

-2h shouldn't be whiffing so consistently when youre getting the proper read/reaction
