@jamesleddy19785@cutepanda702 Just started this season of Ultimatum. I agree tht the note from Jebin was icky, however I dont think it warranted being kicked off. I however think the producers realised that none of the girls wanted to pair with him (rightfully so) & latched on to a reason to kick him off
@Reverend_Rivera@inn_mho Same I was rooting for them to take down one baddie after another. They were my favourites. But I'm happy about how the season ended nevertheless
@AwkwardPancake I thought I was the only one who just couldn't vibe with One baddie after another. The arrogance exuding from them was just too much. I thoroughly enjoyed the season finale.
Then my sis who works in private sector due to post birth complications took the full 3 months maternity, the 3rd being unpaid. So it's a double whammy. The system is simply not set up to support young families. I won't even start on childcare.
My brother in law is a critical care RN at a public hospital. My sis had baby & so he took 10days paternity leave. Tell me why they now telling him he can't get his full month's pay due to taking the leave? Then we wonder why birthrate is low!
My Uber driver complaining that fares too low compared to the other taxi companies like OnTime. In my head I'm like sir you are a white plate robot taxi enabled by an app. I'm taking the risk of riding with you FOR the low fare!
Still questioning whether Jess really liked Harry or was being strategic in matching up with him for the extra screen time and waiting for her perfect opportunity to exit? #perfectmatch#netflix
Always check your receipts. Got cashed for a case of tin peanut punch but bought the box ones. Price difference was over JM$3000. Had to go back for my money. 😱
QT fumbled the bag by rating Miles 3rd. That then made Olivia the superinfluencer blocking Miles. Once that happened, I knew the win was Olivia's. Have to respect it, but I was rooting for my strategy queen. #tresfuego#CircleNetflix
@Timprince_ This was exactly my problem. This new Katara is so docile and calm. Where is our fire cracker kitara that had to learn temperance and patience in order to get good at bending?
And don't get me wrong, I don't mind the plot changes as it makes things a little fresh for long time fans like myself, but the essence of who the characters are and their growth/arcs should have been preserved.
1. My main problem with the new Netflix Avatar the Last Airbender is that they took away all the main chartacter flaws except for the villains. Sokka is no longer sexist and thus doesn't truly learn to appreciate and respect the power of women, especially his sister.
I love how they've represented Zuko & Azula's story so far, really fleshing them out. But the same should have been done with Team Avatar. You don't have to be the "bad guy" to have character flaws. It's what made the animated series so beautifully nuanced and beloved.
