@AskAtlassian Currently, my team is using some issues as templates to clone from when creating new ones. And it would be great to move them to the top of the backlog automatically, e.g. if someone just moved an item to „top of backlog“. So the templates are always first.

@AskPayPal Never mind. It worked the 2nd time. So apparently it was just a backend timeout on your side. Just check for the backend before moving on and forgetting all the input a user made. Or keep the input temporarily in storage, so that the user can browse back and try again.
