I found a prayer in psalms 25 this morning
Lord, show me Your ways and teach me Your paths. Guide me in Your truth and instruct my heart, for You are my God and my Savior, and my hope is in You all day long. When the noise of the world is loud and uncertainty tries to creep in, quiet my spirit and help me to lean entirely on Your wisdom rather than my own understanding.
Remember Your great mercy and steadfast love, which have been unfailing from of old. Forgive my shortcomings, wash away my anxieties, and free my heart from any anguish or heavy burdens I am carrying.
When I feel weary, lonely, or overwhelmed, remind me that I am never alone. Turn to me and be gracious to me. Look upon my distress, guard my life, and rescue me from fear, because I take my refuge safely in You.
May Your integrity and uprightness protect my steps, and may my life reflect Your love and goodness to those around me.
