The community of Capricorn has been left shocked and angry following the death of a woman who was seen being dragged by the members of @SAPoliceService. It is reported that a woman opened an assault case at the Muizenberg police station, but when officers arrived, the suspect was at work. The officers then became angry and arrested the suspect’s younger sister instead. Residents tried to intervene and explain to the officers that they had arrested the wrong person, but none of them appeared willing to listen. It is said that the woman whom these tyrants wrongfully arrested had lost her baby only the previous week, and her C-section wound had not yet healed. She pleaded with the officers, repeatedly asking for forgiveness and explaining her circumstances, even though she had committed no crime and had nothing to do with the assault. Her pleas and tears went unheeded. The officers dragged her to their vehicle. Upon arrival at the police station, she collapsed and died at the entrance.
