@CarrefourKe I shopped today and earned zero points. Called and your agent said that my order has no points since some items do not wuaoify for point. I know that is BS coz I always shop here and get points for my in store orders on all items.

hi @NCBABankKenya . Made a payment to @CarrefourKe 5 days ago through the app but did not get the goods as apparently the payment could not reflect from their end. Yet they have seemed impossible to give me a refund. Is it possible to do a reversal?

@NCBABankKenya @NCBABankKenya you really are frustrating . Does one need to walk to a banking hall for communication to be clear? Your customer service lines are mostly unavailable or with unreasonable waiting time. Your DM response is not satisfactory too

@MichaelWasherz @ncbacare Agreed. They never call back when they promise to. Never! And yet getting a customer agent to attend to you you have to wait for the longest time ever. I am frustrated following up an issue with them for more than a month too🤦🏻‍♀️
