@u_p_shelp_ I have. You haven't been very prompt though. I've been doing a little research regarding this issue. It seems the UPS agents may have been programmed to go slow in an attempt to wear me out. Not a good business model as I will never use UPS in the future, unless you resolve today

@UPS is terrible. I have contacted them twice in order to arrange to self clear a package but they are playing liitle games to collect their brokerage fees. I have yet to receive a cargo control number from them. It's been 1 week since I first requested it.

I called again yesterday to make sure @UPS had the correct info. Today they tried to deliver it. Had I been home I would have refused the $244 fee as it is my right to self clear. Now my package will be delayed when this could have been resolved easily but for their greed.
