Respected Sir @AshwiniVaishnaw I am a passenger of Train No 12809 traveling from CSMT to HWH Boarded on 19.09.25 on this train. From Nagpur this train ran late then it has been diverted from b/n Ib and kgp. At present it has been stopped at Kerejanga since 7 o'clock.

@RailwaySeva @DRMKhurdaRoad @AshwiniVaishnaw sir @DRMKhurdaRoad is very well aware of the situation of train no 12809 he is not giving attention to it as this is a diverted train and does not belong to his division. Foods and water get out of stock in the pantry car.

Sir, with due respect, as per my knowledge all about thousands of passengers are human beings but I think Indian railways are not considering us as human beings. Hope u will take the necessary action to make it run properly and reach HWH soon. @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva
