My biggest challenges have been my biggest opportunities.

[Teddy Mitrosilis @TMitrosilis]

Navy SEALs have a saying.

You may find it helpful.

When something sucks, they look at each other and say:

"FULL BENEFIT"

It’s an instant mindset shift.

• Hiking and it starts pouring rain?
• Driving and your car breaks down?
• Working on a project and lost a draft?

FULL BENEFIT.

LESSON: Adversity is an opportunity

The message is simple.

Every adversity is an opportunity.

• To grow
• To learn
• To evolve
• To get stronger
• To become better

These moments forge us if we let them.

The next time you're facing something hard, welcome it.

Work through the process.

Learn the lessons.

Reap the full benefit.

You can never drop to someone’s level because they have way more practice being that low. Caitlin Clark is high class.

[Paxton Molinari @paxton_molinari]

Seriously how can you make contact with an official and not even get a warning, let alone an automatic T? Wow.

Kim Mulkey out on the court like she’s the 6th player…

CAITLIN CLARK'S 40-POINT TRIPLE-DOUBLE HELPS SEND @IowaWBB TO ITS FIRST FINAL FOUR IN 30 YEARS 👏

Can we get Fran to stare down the officials at the @IowaWBB games too?

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

I cannot express how much I dislike this saying. Can we stop saying this?

[Robert Komaniecki @Komaniecki_R]

"Music is the universal language!"

[Robert Komaniecki @Komaniecki_R]

If you’re a fan of the Super Bowl, be sure to check out the operas of Richard Wagner, which also feature violent 5-hour performances from people wearing helmets and screaming loudly

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

I really just want to hear @POTUS talk about #Balloons for an hour. Not just the #spyballoon. All balloons. Everything President Biden knows about balloons.

[Robert Komaniecki @Komaniecki_R]

My rule of thumb is if somebody calls it music, it's music.

"bUt RoBeRt, doesn't that mean I could just say anything is music? Could I call my cat music?"

Yes, now off with you, go clean your music's litterbox

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

@TheSavBananas Let me know if you ever need a back up tuba player!

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

Baseball is as American as apple pie. @TheSavBananas pie is the most American apple pie as one could imagine.

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

@FrazierCy17 Or simply change the societal expectations that having kids is an expected thing.

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

@FrazierCy17 I get upset when it’s not performed in Ab as it’s supposed to be so I died a little inside.

@kristin_raz @JarodKral True to the idea of socialism but usually losses are subsidized by tax payers. But a majority of municipal courses’ cost is on the backs of the users/golfers.

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

@kristin_raz @JarodKral Otherwise would have more obstructive things built on them. Many course actually have land that is protected on them. So as long as it’s not DIRECTLY interfering with a better cause I’m all for it.

[Nathan Jones @Tubadour]

@kristin_raz @JarodKral I also struggle to support any private clubs. I do think that contributes to classist behaviors. I do disagree with your last point though... I think that a golf course is a great way to preserve land. Many people play golf to get out into nature. I think it helps land that..
