@TeamYouTube @KunalKu86496999 Maybe getting on a plane to Dublin to YouTube legal would help with a big sign saying
“YouTube won’t or aren’t interested in creator support “ and helping paying customers.
Please help.
I’m posting this everywhere until I get something noticed.

@TeamYouTube @KunalKu86496999 So I filled out the copyright issues form.
And that’s the PROBLEM I basically filled out the wrong form I should have “reported” it.

So YouTube thinks I’m putting in a copyright claim and shuts my channel down for a copyright claim as mine.

I’m still paying for YouTube premium a can’t use. Google support ive chatted to they totally understand but can’t push anything forward to help. I have a genuine mistake

2011 started channel lost a channel that I created for a log of memories for friends family and my kids all doing motorcycle events racing and kids learning to ride bikes,
6,500 subscribers
I did this for fun and memories not money.
I wasn’t even monetised.

Even sending paper letter to Dublin legal department have been of no use.

@TeamYouTube @prudent_vic I’m in the same situation. Ai response it’s utterly pointless. I’ve sent paper letter to YouTube level in Dublin still no two way customer support. Seems YouTube’s to big and doesn’t care or just maybe can’t or cope with so many users.

@nealmohan @NFTSFilmTV @YouTubeCreators I used my channel as a diary of all things me my kids and friends had done since 2011 and it’s been deleted for filling out the wrong form on copyright and YouTube legal can’t seem to see i was trying to help a creator I’ve lost everything due to this and my kids can’t see it

@nealmohan @NFTSFilmTV @YouTubeCreators So far we haven’t even had a 2 way conversation with anyone.
It’s really bad. My next step will be to go to the media on how badly YT is at customer support in not even listening to our issue I don’t want but it’s seriously disappointing that you can’t talk to someone direct
