Building a product taught me something I didn't expect.
Shipping features feels productive.
Talking to users is what actually improves the product.
Every meaningful improvement I've made came from conversations, not from my to-do list.
Have you ever been to Japan, or is there somewhere you'd love to visit? 🇯🇵
Here are a few of my favorite spots:
🐈 Gotokuji – a temple filled with lucky cats.
✨ Ginza – famous for shopping, but I love the lights at night.
🐠 Sumida Aquarium – small, but beautifully designed.
🌸 Roppongi – great food, and the cherry blossoms in spring are amazing.

@mindinpanic Thanks!
My goal is to keep it as simple as possible. I want people to create playlists in seconds without signing up or a complicated setup.
I'm building something that's useful the moment you open it.
Let's connect! I'd love to see what you're building.
This is true.
He reviewed my site yesterday, and one small suggestion about my hero section made me rethink how I present it.
Fresh eyes are incredibly valuable when you're building.
I Reviewed 20+ founders' sites yesterday. My first full day on X.
Same gap almost every time: the product and concept is good, but the site nearly never says why it matters in the first 5 seconds.
Want me to do yours?
Drop what your building below. I'll tear a few down right here. Positioning, messaging, what I'd change.👇
@TajGervan Thanks! 😊
I'm building TubeSet — a web tool for creating custom YouTube playlists with timed playback, clips, and looping.
I'd love to hear what you think!
