They don’t even have to show that they are looking for work. Yes, it’s an actual problem. Companies have jobs but people aren’t willing to work.

@Stash What would be the impact of compensation limits within a company such that no one persons compensation could exceed some percent of the mean compensation or of the lowest compensation in the company? CEO’s would have to raise everyone’s pay in order to get the pay they wanted.
