@Apple can I ask with respect, what on earth are the condictions to meet for the “minor made unauthorised purchases” refund? My 7 year old made unauthorised purchases. My refund request has been rejected. How can I meet those conditions any more perfectly?

@AppleSupport I’ve tried this too. Again though, why give the option to “request a refund due to child accidentally purchasing” if you outright decline it? 9 purchases in 2 hours on subway surf and minecraft? Definitely a child and definitely more than a year of his damn pocket money

@apple why do you have “a child made a purchase without permission” as a reason for a refund when you don’t uphold it? I’m amazed you can allow 9 huge transactions within an hour by a 7 year old and then say not eligible for a refund. Even cards have a better fraud procedure.
